A 65-year-old Florida man was discovered respiration minutes after he had been declared useless, officers say.
Clearwater Hearth & Rescue medics had been dispatched to help the person in a house in Pinellas county at 10 a.m. Feb. 15.
Phebe Maxwell advised NBC affiliate WFLA of Tampa that she and a good friend had been administering CPR to her father earlier than the medics arrived.
